Ryanair has announced new route to the Latvian capital of Riga from October 2021, the new route supports Ryanair’s new base in Riga which includes two based aircraft and a $200m investment in the Latvian region.
The new base in Riga will connect the Latvian capital with 16 new routes, and Bristol Airport is one of them delivering increased connectivity to the region, playing a key role in the recovery of jobs and the local economy.
The new route will depart from October 2021 for the Winter season.
Ryanair’s Riga Winter ’21 schedule will deliver:
- Two based aircraft (a $200m investment) – creating 60 direct jobs
- 95 departing flights per week
- 30 routes in total
- 16 new routes to Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and UK*
