Since February 15th 2021 new quarantine restrictions have come into play for anyone arriving in the UK. Any passengers arriving in the UK must quarantine at home for ten days, and in a Government approved hotel if arriving from a country on the red list.

For a fee of £1.700 you are supplied with bed and board transport to the hotel and Covid tests. Anyone trying to avoid this process faces the threat of a substantial fine. This has had mixed feedback from British people returning with some people waiting long periods of time for COVID testing kits which should be used on day two of quarantine.
